On October 1, 2007, U.S. District Judge Charles Breyer issued a ten (10) day extension on the Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) initially put in place on August 31, 2007. After what seemed a constructive and lengthy two-hour Q&A, the Judge extended the TRO for ten (10) days pending a written decision.
