US Immigration Attorney Stephanie Lee

Stephanie S. Lee practices immigration law focusing on corporate and investment immigration. Stephanie represents multinational corporations, investors, and individuals in all areas of immigration law. Her corporate clients include worldwide automotive, information technology, engineering, industrial, and manufacturing, research and medical institutions.

Stephanie has extensive experience on investment visa successfully representing high net worth individuals in their immigration processing through USCIS and the Department of State. Stephanie served on the EB-5 committee of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) from 2008-2009. With a strong belief in the EB-5 program, she helps her corporate clients with the regional center designation as well as assisting individual investors and entrepreneurs.

Recently, she participated in the AILA seminar on the EB-5 Investor visas as a faculty member. She also presented for the 2009 AILA Fall CLE Conference: “EB-5 Investors – New Opportunities for Your Clients and Your Practice.”

Currently, Stephanie serves as an advisor on the International Law Section of the State Bar of California to bring an immigration perspective to the committee. She also serves as a legal counsel on the National Unification Advisory Council of Korea. Fluent in Korean, Stephanie is featured on local radio and in newspapers regarding current immigration issues.
